North Quays Developer Announced
AT a meeting this evening with Waterford’s Councillors, Harcourt Developments were announced as the newly appointed developer for the North Quays project.
Harcourt Developments is a Dublin-based property development and management company with a broad portfolio of award-winning projects. The company develops residential and commercial projects and has developed and operated and tourism & leisure projects. It has had real estate interests in thirteen different countries.
According to Waterford City & County Council, an important part of Harcourt’s philosophy is to
“integrate cultural and artistic elements into their projects, and they take pride in creating beautiful buildings and attractive amenities”.
How do we tackle the water crisis?
We work with local experts and community members to find the best sustainable solution in each place where we work, whether it’s a well, a piped system, a BioSand Filter, or a system for harvesting rainwater. And with every water point we fund, our partners coordinate sanitation and hygiene training, and establish a local Water Committee to help keep water flowing for years to come.
