Fiona Marsh

Fiona is a licenced property services provider and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV). Having spent 20 years in the Middle East working in the airline industry, Fiona returned to Waterford and started in the property management industry in 2001.

In September 2018, she joined forces with Andrea and set up Smart Move Properties. Fiona’s strong organisational skills and attention to detail, befits her role as office and accounts manager. 2021 saw Fiona complete the 2-year Auctioneering and Property Service Course in Cork College of Commerce.

Rugby is Fiona’s passion and in 2004, she was elected President of Waterpark RFC (the 1st ever female president of a senior rugby club in Ireland). Currently, Fiona is the Chairperson of Waterpark RFC.
