Andrea Toner

Andrea is a licenced property services provider and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) & TEGoVA Residential Valuer (TRV), with over 20 years’ experience in the sector, having graduated from IPAV in 2007. Her knowledge of the property market in Waterford City and County, coupled with a passion for delivering for her clients has built Andrea’s formidable reputation within the industry.

Andrea is hard working, self-motivated and loves solving problems. She is a real people person and enjoys interacting and helping her clients.

In 2018 Andrea and Fiona, together, opened the doors to Smart Move Properties and neither have looked back since. Outside of work, Andrea is a qualified Irish Dancing Teacher (TCRG) and runs her own Irish Dancing School – The Toner Academy of Irish Dancing.
