Our experienced team relies on a CRM strategy and smart technology to provide a seamless, responsive experience for landlords and tenants alike.
Letman + MYletman

Technology That Simplifies Property Management

When renting a property with Smart Move Properties, your property is automatically uploaded to our Property CRM Program, Letman. This is bundled with the Myletman portal, which provides secure logins and information for landlords and tenants. MYletman is used in conjunction with Letman and is automatically updated daily. It creates a secure account for each landlord and tenant, and sends email notifications for any account changes including statement uploads and document updates. Once online, users can:
  • View rental account history
  • Download statements for each rental period
  • View and download landlord, property, tenant and lease-related documents
