Initial Consultation
We'll dig into your business, goals, target audience, and end-user needs to gain a thorough understanding of what success looks like. To begin, we'll ask you to complete a brief onboarding form to pin down project requirements from the outset. We'll also have a brainstorming session, ensuring everyone is on the same page and aligning our strategies with your vision. This collaborative approach sets the foundation for a customised solution that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Research, Strategy & Planning
A crucial part of any project, this phase ensures we are well informed before opening up our code editors and commencing the build. Internally, we will conduct research on your industry, competitors and target audience. We outline the items discussed in our brainstorming session and assign resources for each phase of the project.
Designs & Wireframes
Once we have a clear vision, we will get to work on your new design. The design will encompass all of the necessary pieces to help your business thrive. The design is discussed with our client and iterations are made following their feedback. This allows us to finalise the various functionalities and minute details of your new website.
Development
Once the design has been signed-off by our client we begin coding. Our design team will hand over the necessary assets required to start the build.
Our development team work in sprints, allowing us to create a clear vision for the various stages and their requirements.
Web Hosting
Every website hosted with us is situated on a dedicated Virtual Private Server within the Blacknight infrastructure. Through advanced optimisation techniques, we ensure that your package is performing as intended.
However, we also recognise the value of choice. Clients have the flexibility to opt for their own hosting solution, if a more basic hosting plan is optimal.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Your development team will be focused on Quality Assurance throughout the web development process and on completion. A comprehensive QA auditing checklist is completed to ensure the website meets or exceeds the standards of an efficient, high-performance website.
This validates the experience for users who access your website in a variety of ways and anticipates any issues they may encounter, such as bugs, broken layouts, non-responsiveness, broken links, or the plethora of problems that can occur throughout the development process.
At this stage, we also work closely with our digital marketing team to set up any custom web tracking that is required within Google Analytics 4.
Launch
As we enter the final phase – Launching – we're ready to go! Our Quality Assurance team has diligently provided feedback to the developers, and all tasks have been promptly addressed. Before the grand reveal, we invite our clients to thoroughly scan the website or app, ensuring it aligns with their expectations. Once they are satisfied, we initiate the launch.
We also work closely with our digital marketing team to setup GA4 Analytics, custom web tracking, Google Search Console and more if required.
